In order to get connected to WAYF both service providers and identity providers must sign contracts with WAYF.
The contracts have been developed in cooporation with Kammeradvokaten, the legal adviser to the Danish government and others, to make sure that the obligations addressed in the contracts are in compliance with the Danish Personal Data Act.
The translations, done by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs' translation service, have been certified for legal use.
