Any WAYF institution recognised by the Agency for the Modernisation of Public Administration as an 'authority' has the option of using WAYF as a provider of EasyLog-in (EasyID).*
WAYF in this context acts as an IT provider for the institution.
The following must be done:
- Read about Terms of Use for the Common Public Log-in Solution (in Danish) on the homepage of the Danish Agency for Digitalisation.
- Fill in the Agreement on Use of EasyLog-in; send it to the Danish Agency for Digitalisation as described on the page linked to under the item just above.
- The institution is notified by the Danish Agency for Digitalisation that it has been approved as an authority.
- The institution informs WAYF of this approval.
- WAYF contacts the Danish Agency for Digitalisation for verification of the claimed approval.
- Through WAYF's self-service system JANUS is made the technical implementation of the service—read more under services.
- WAYF makes sure that the service is accessible through EasyLog-in (EasyID).
- The ordinary contract for connecting a service to WAYF is signed.
- The service is put into production.
With these nine steps taken, you can use EasyLog-in (EasyID) with your service, i.e. if your institution is considered an authority.
* The actual Danish names are NemLog-in and NemID, respectively, Danish ‘nem’ meaning easy.
