Euromonitor Passport now accessible to WAYF user organisations

Passport by Euromonitor International – a global market research database providing statistics, analysis, reports, surveys and breaking news on industries, countries and consumers worldwide – is now accessible in WAYF, due to eduGAIN.

Consequently, Danish research and educational institutions participating in WAYF that are Euromonitor customers now have the ability to let their users access the platform using their common institutional logins – without each institution having to do any technical integration. In addition, each Euromonitor customer institution, thanks to WAYF, won't be spending resources to maintain a dedicated technical connection to Passport – while their staff and students still achieve browser single sign-on with any other web service they access through the institution's login system.

This option of integrating with Euromonitor's platform effortlessly was created through the international collaboration, eduGAIN — where WAYF has enabled users with accounts at WAYF's institutions to access Passport in our British sibling federation, UK Access Management Federation for Education and Research. Sonderburg-based Business Academy SouthWest is the first institution to utilise the option of effortless access to Passport. All an institution wanting to utilise the option must do is reach out to its contact at Euromonitor and make the request (for institutional access through eduGAIN).
