Censorum in Latin means of the censors. It is the name of the service that Arcanic has just launched and connected to WAYF: a modern, end-to-end system for managing every aspect of the external examiner process, from applications to final reporting.
Censorum streamlines the entire workflow: candidates apply for admission, management approves with input from institutions, appointments from the Agency are imported, and Censorum handles the automatic allocation. After exams, reports are generated automatically for quality assurance and official reporting. All of this takes place in an intuitive, fast, and user-friendly system—say goodbye to slow pages, cluttered interfaces, and manual Excel sheets.
Censorum has been developed for all higher education institutions in Denmark and is therefore naturally launched with WAYF integration, including NemLog-in/MitID. The system builds on the experience from Censor-IT, CensorNet, and Censorkorps.dk, and users from these platforms will notice clear improvements. The service is initially being rolled out in the business academy sector and can be provided via SKI as software-as-a-service, with billing based on STÅ.
