CodeRefinery – a project under the Nordic's NeIC cooperation – operates a GitLab instance for managing the code output from the project. And this GitLab for CodeRefinery has now been connected to WAYF — and from there exposed in eduGAIN. Consequently, project participants from Nordic and many other countries now have the ability to access the project's GitLab instance using the accounts they hold at their research institutions.
CodeRefinery's GitLab is one of the first WAYF-connected services benefitting from the feature of WAYF's new hub platform that makes it possible to re-use a service's simple integration with WAYF's hub as an integration with any foreign institution exposed in eduGAIN.
